Blake Latiolais is a proud Louisiana native with a deep love for this vibrant state. In 2015, he founded B1 Studio, a photography company that helped him discover the art of showcasing properties in their best light, capturing the very essence that makes a house a home. This experience ignited his interest in the real estate industry, leading him to transition from behind the camera to helping others find their dream homes.
